The Discus enthusiasts seeking our unique Astaxanthin and other carotenoids, blended with natural, ultra-fresh –human-grade seafood were the folks that prompted us to create freshwater blends similar to our saltwater blends that revolutionized the saltwater aquarium foods at the turn of the century. Our Large-Mouth Blend and our Small-Mouth Blend were released in the summer of 2016.

The Small-Mouth Blend is designed for community tanks and fish that cant get the particles of our Large-Mouth Blend into their smaller mouths. Our focus was Discus, but also other small-mouthed freshwater fish will certainly benefit from the nutrition and color enhancers used in our blends.

Freshwater Shrimp, Freshwater- Lake Victorian Perch, Crawfish, Krill, Mysis, Pacific Plankton, Bloodworm, Tubifex, Freshwater fish eggs, Daphnia, Brine shrimp, Mini-pellets, spinach, Astaxanthin, Beta Carotene, Omega fatty acids, and a touch of garlic as an appetite stimulant.

How to feed: Feed daily, preferably twice a day. Thaw in small amount of tank water > stir/mix lightly and pour into aquarium
