If animals fail to thrive.

Due to the sensitive nature of tadpoles we guarantee live arrival only on those animal(s).

If animal(s) purchased arrive in good shape but fail to thrive within 3 days we require that the customer contacts us promptly and provides the following information;

Photos of the animal(s) and their habitat (the ENTIRE enclosure) as well as a breif description. Such as the type of substrate used, type of tank top, type of lamps and bulbs, etc.

What is the temperature and humidity of the enclosure? What are you using to measure these numbers? (digital or analog thermometer, infrared thermometer, etc).

What other animal(s) are or were ever present in that enclosure.

What is your prior experience with reptiles, amphibians, or fish?

What did you feed the animal(s)? Things like feeder insects, supplements, pelleted foods, dry foods, gel foods, etc.

How long have you had the animal in your care?

What kind of water did you use with the animal(s)? For fish showing a test strip or test results from a test kit help immensely.

Did you notice any unusual behavior in the animal(s)? If so describe what you witnessed.

Did you offer UVB? If so what percentage or what kind of bulb was it and how old?

If we deem the animal(s) failed to thrive by no fault of the customer we will issue a refund.
